Stanley Efaw

Larry Efaw started playing the Mandolin at the age of 7. Larry started playing Lead Guitar with The Bluegrass Mountaineers, when his son Stanley, joined the band. During his musical career he has performed as a guest with Dailey & Vincent, Rhonda Vincent, Dr. Ralph Stanley, Doyle Lawson, Bill Monroe, Jimmy Martin, Del McCoury, Lewis Family, and GoldWing Express just to mention a few.

Larry has won numerous award and championships including Ray Hover Bluegrass Man of The Year, Kentucky Colonial, 1st place Ohio State Mandolin Championship and 2nd place Ohio State Guitar Championship.

In 1987 he started promoting Bluegrass Music. Larry And his wife Lisa of 28 years, promote Perrysburg, Greenwich and The First Quality Cruise and Travel - Bluegrass Cruise.

Over the years he has became great friends with Dr. Ralph Stanley. Ralph performed on his latest CD
"Clinch Mountain Traditions"
