Camping:
Camping area opens at
12:00 Noon on Sunday August 7, 2011.
All campers must exit the
campground by 6pm Sunday August 14, 2011
If you purchase a 1- Day
ticket you MUST be off of festival grounds by 9:00 am the following
morning or
you WILL be required to purchase a ticket for that day
Visitors will not be
permitted to enter the festival with out
purchasing a ticket.
The camping area
is set up for tents, campers, and RV’s.
The camping areas
are available on a first come first serve basis, so we suggest that you
arrive early if you want to choose your spot.
We often get requests from folks to “hold” a special spot for
them. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate these requests due to
logistics and the amount of requests.
Bathrooms:
We have NEWLY UPDATED
FLUSH TOILETS AND SHOWERS
We also provide
portable toilets (including handicap accessible units).
We suggest that you bring enough water, if you are camping, for
cooking, cleaning, etc.
Food:
The Greenwich Coon
Hunter's Club will serve Breakfast, lunch and dinner all weekend.
Alcoholic Beverages:
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES IN CONCERT AREA
We will not
provide or sell any alcoholic beverages onsite.
There will be police
both on and off site. If you are going to drink, be responsible as this is
a family event.
Smoking:
Smoking will not be
permitted in the concert or food pavilion area.
Pet Policy:
With numerous acres available, we have the
perfect grounds for dogs to play and enjoy the festival. Unfortunately,
insurance restrictions, our own liabilities, and local regulations require
that we must limit the activities of your best friend. so, here's what
we've come up with....
Dogs will be allowed at the Buckeye
Greenwich Bluegrass Festival only under the following conditions:
1) NO PETS IN CONCERT OR PAVILION AREA
2) All dogs must stay in the camping
area.
3) You are required to clean up after
your pet.
4) Dogs must stay on leashes.
5) If your dog bites please keep them near your
camp site, away from fellow festival goers.
Other
Festival Policies:

This is a family
atmosphere, be respectful of others!

Obey all
Staff requests.

Wristbands must be
worn at all times while on site. DO NOT remove them or
you will be required to re-purchase your wristband.

No weapons
of any kind are allowed on site!

No profanity or
fighting.

Remember, you are a
guest. The staff reserves the right to ask you to leave for any reason
they deem appropriate.

Seating is on a
first come, first serve basis.

A minimum of a
10-foot separation between any open flame such as barbeque grills,
camp fires and camper awnings.

Do not dump waste
water on the ground.
-
Please remove all
personal refuse from the site (pack in, pack out).

No Soliciting of
any kind.
-
You are responsible
for the security of all personal possessions while onsite.

All children under
the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-
No ATV’s.
-
Please pick up all
garbage and leave your campsite CLEANER than you found it.
